Mr. Khamis Saeed did his schooling from Central Model High School & graduation from Government College Lahore and M.A (Pot.Sc.), L.L.B, D.T.L, D.I.A from Punjab University Lahore. He belongs to a reputed family of businessmen of Paper Market and serving paper community for last 20 years.

He has been elected as Vice Chairman of All Pakistan Paper Merchants Association (APPMA) fifth time. He is also the President of Lahore Paper Merchants Welfare Group. He honourly served P.F.F under the presidency of Mian Mohammad Azhar as Media Advisor for 12 years and also honoured Pakistan colour four times. Represented Pakistan in England, China, Iran, Iraq and Bangladesh as Asst. Manger, Media Advisor of National Teams.

He has 25 years experience of Articles writing on different fields, specially sports in all Leading National Dailies as freelancer.

He is serving Paper & Board Traders in Lahore Chamber for Last 10 years and as convener completed this fourth term.

Presently Mr. Khamis is serving the business community as Vice Chairman PIAF.
