Khawaja Khawar Rashid did his Graduation in Arts & Humanity Sciences from Islamia College Civil Lines Lahore in 1979 and joined Lahore Essence House (LEH), "an ISO 9001:2000 certified company by Moody International " as a Managing Partner of the Firm under the supervision of his father Mr. Khawaja Mehboob Elahi.
He is Life Member of SAARC Chamber of Commerce & Industry, Pakistan Chemicals & Dyes Merchants Association. He was elected as President Pakistan Chemicals & Dyes Merchants Association (2003-2008), President of Lahore MJF Lions Club, Chairman of Regional Standing Committee on Law & Order FPCCI and Region Chairman of District 305 N-l, Lions Club International (2008-2010).
He had taken active part in the rehabilitation of Muzafferabad-Azad Kashmir, IDP's and as a President of Lahore MJF Lions Club. He has been instrumental in contributing a lot in terms of financial support and construction of houses for the flood affected families of Punjab
Khawaja Khawar Rashid has extensively traveled more them 30 countries of the world. He has attend many conventions and conferences of Lions Club International, SAARC CCI and international Business Exhibitions to develop his business and tends to introduce new technologies to our industrial sector.
As a Chairman of FPCCI Standing Committee on Law & Order he has the special distinction of coordination and cooperation with CCPO Lahore and has established four Emergency Response Centers to look after day to day problems confronted by the business community of Lahore
