Mian Abuzar Shad Executive Committee Member (LCCI)

He joined his family business in 1977 and started food grain import, export and local marketing in 1979. Founded Abuzar Grinding Mills in 1985 started a new venture with the name of Meshpak (Pvt) Ltd. In 1989.

The year 1992 saw the launching of Abuzar Developers, a sister concern of Abuzar Group of Companies. A number of housing units were constructed under the banner of Abuzar Developers. Abuzar Centre at Link Model Town road and Abuzar Towers at PECO road constructed by the same company

In 1998 and 2001, Mian Abuzar Shad started two new Grinding Units first at Nowshera and second at Lahore.

In 2002, the group entered into garments business and stared Victoria Fabrics which soon became a trendsetter for the City elite.

This year 2011, with intent of backward integration to his garments business, he started the venture of his own textile mil with the name of Victoria Textile Mills at Sundar Industrail Estate, which already his started earning name for its quality fabric.

Mian Abuzar Shad remained the Convener of Standing Committees on Minerals and Housing 2003 and 2004 respectively.

He has the distinction to earn laurels from Alpine Germany in Minerals Grinding.

Presently, his is serving the business community as Chairman of Pakistan Industrial Traders Associations Front (PIAF). He was the Chairman of the Lahore Township Industrial Association in 2003. He has made business trips to the USA, UK, Germany, France, Italy, Middle East, Burma, Thailand, China Hong Kong, Taiwan Singapore and a number of Central Asian States.
