Regional and subject specific and sectral Standing Committees are formed every year to facilitate members resolve outstanding issues and forming consolidated opinions on various matters. 

The R&D Department functions as the secretariat to these Standing Committees. It coordinates the functioning of these Committees and provides technical know-how and support to them in addressing current issues and problems facing the business community, and establishing liaison with the relevant government authorities.
