Mr. Khan specializes in criminal and civil litigation, bankruptcy and liquidation proceedings and white collar crime. He has been practicing law for over 40 years during which he has represented various clients based in Pakistan, the US and the UK.
Mr. Khan has also worked with the Government of Punjab as a Minister and Advisor on Law & Human Rights. He has also served as the Vice-Chairman of Pakistan Bar Council, the highest elected office for a lawyer in Pakistan. He is well-regarded and is known as one of the most aggressive senior litigators in Pakistan with unquestioned integrity.
Currently, Mr. Khan is also a Special Counsel for the law firm of DLA Piper in a high-profile white-collar crime matter involving individuals and assets in Pakistan. |

Rana Sajjad is a member of the New York bar. He practiced law in the U.S. for about 5 years and worked with some large law firms including Fulbright & Jaworski. His areas of specialization include corporate/financial transactions, foreign investment, securities & capital markets and international commercial arbitration. Recently, he advised Booz Allen on foreign investment in Pakistan and Morgan Stanley in relation to Pakistani law on derivatives transactions subject to the ISDA Master Agreement.

Mr. Ahmad’s practice areas include banking law, company law and a wide range of civil and criminal matters related to companies doing business in Pakistan. He also advises prospective investors in connection with setting up offshore companies. He had the unique opportunity to work with some of the leading banks in Pakistan including Standard Chartered Bank and Singapore-based, NIB Bank, which gives him a critical edge in handling banking and financial transactions. His areas of expertise also include intellectual property. Currently, he is the lead counsel advising and representing Adam Soft on its intellectual property matter in Pakistan.
